I was recently a wedding guest at the Old Hickory Golf Club and I cannot say enough good things about the service.  Robin is attentive to guests and amazing!  The food was delicious, the space suitable for being indoors or out, the ambiance very warm, the views beautiful, the facility and grounds very well kept. I have attended events at The Harvard Club in Cambridge, MA and honestly, if I didn't know where I was (quality of food and service) I really wouldn't know the difference.  Such a wonderful and memorable experience at Old Hickory Golf Club.

I am writing to thank you for our perfect wedding day that we had at Old Hickory on Sunday, June 28. The event would not have been so perfect and amazing if it wasn’t for your outstanding, professional staff. Michelle Wang and your wedding coordinator, Diane Bernbaum, are absolutely the kindest, most organized, competent and professional employees you could have. Their organized approach and attention to my detail were perfection! Also, your chef is wonderful!! All of the food was delicious and perfectly prepared as well as beautifully presented. They and all of your staff, including the bartender, made for a wedding day that was even more wonderful than we could have imagined.

Emmanuel and I would like to express to you our heartfelt gratitude for making our day so very special. You all made everything flow so seamlessly that we were to just focus on enjoying our very special day. We will forever be grateful. Please extend this thank you to all the staff at Old Hickory especially the chef (the food was exquisite) that was involved in our wedding. Again many thanks! I’ve spent the last 20 years as a pro chasing the dream of playing golf for a living and although for a variety of reasons I may not have attained that ultimate goal of winning on the PGA Tour, I have lived life to it’s fullest and I’ve gained a plethora of knowledge about golf and life in the process.

In the golf business as a PGA Member for the last 18 years, I’ve been a cart kid, an assistant pro, a teaching pro, a Head Pro and a General Manager all over this great country! At times when I was trying to play for a living I’ve moonlighted as a busboy, a fine-dining server, a bartender, a shuttle bus operator, a pool boy, a home renovator, a bum check collections agent, you name it!

But the one thing that all of these activities always centered around was that obsession with golf. I worked all of these jobs, just so I could constantly be around the game I loved so much. Golf is my passion and I’d love to share that passion with you!
